Abstract

When playing futsal for 2x10 minutes, Women's Futsal Extracurricular Students at SMA Negeri 7 Pontianak experience fatigue, so it can be seen here that students have a low level of physical fitness. The aim of this research is to determine the Physical Fitness Level of Women's Futsal Extracurricular Students at SMA Negeri 7 Pontianak. This research is quantitative descriptive. The method used is a survey with data collection techniques using tests and measurements of TKJI aged 16-19 years. The subjects in this study were Women's Futsal Extracurricular Students at SMA Negeri 7 Pontianak, totaling 31 children. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis as outlined in the form of percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it was found that the level of physical fitness of the female Futsal extracurricular participants at SMA Negeri 7 Pontianak in the very good category was 0%, the good category was 9.68%, the medium category was 70.97%, the poor category was 19.35%. and which are categorized as less than 0%. The results of this study can be concluded that the level of physical fitness of female futsal extracurricular students of SMA Negeri 7 Pontianak is moderate.
